Trying to make different artistic look effect with Photoshop. Here is the tutorial.

Open the portrait with Adobe photoshop Cs

Duplicate the background layer:

Go to Image->Adjustment->Level

Now duplicate the layer again.

Go to Filter->Blur->Gaussian blur

Now again go to Image->Adjustment->Level

Now click the Add Layer mask button

now paint at the centre of the image.

Now add a new layer

Fill it with black.

Select blend mode soft light


Now click the Adjutment Layer button

Select Hue/Saturation

Add a new layer

Select the brush

Set foreground color Black.

Brush the layer leaving the center portrait area.

Decrease the fill to 70%

Now, Add another new layer

Select the brush

And brush with different color and size different times.

I have used black, green and ash color.

We are done!!

Now merge all layers together and save as jpeg file.
