Try to find a nice background or ornaments to have nice multicolor stone image.

I used this:

Now zoom the image (Press ctrl+E) 300%

Select pen tool 

Go to Path window, Add new path

Now click here

Now, Draw A Bird with freehand :)   You have to be a good artist. I am not. trust me :D

Now select the path area (Press ctrl+Enter)

Go to Layer window select Background layer, Press ctrl+J

We will have a new layer with bird shape like this:

Now open a new document

Go to Layer->New Fill Layer

Select color

Select gradient type and press ok.

We will have a background like this:

Now drag the Bird on the background

Use move tool to place it properly.

Go to Layer->Layer style->Outer glow

Give setting like this:

If you have cloud brush then brush it

Now open an Image/Background like this:

Draw Something like this:

Cut it and past it like this: Press Ctrl+T to transform it.

Right click the mouse and select Distort.

Now drag the corners to shape it.

Now Open brush set and select the brush

Set forground color Green as leaf

Brush it like this:

Select Bird Layer and lessen the opacity

We are Done!!
