We will do some retouching to add glamor to  portrait. Here is the tutorial.

Open the original portrait with photoshop.

Duplicate the background laye

Select Healing brush tool.

Now select the fresh area of sking as source area and press alt+click the mouse 

And then click on Spot area. Spot will be removed. 

reapeat the process for all spots

We will get this

Select the lasso tool

Now select the eye, nose and lip area with it (Press shift to increase area, press alt to decrease area)

Now press alt+shift+I to inverse the selecton

Go to Filter->Blur->Gaussian blur and give the setting

Now select burn tool.

Paint around the eye area, eye brow area and nose boundary area to darken them

we will get this

Add a new layer.

Select soft pink color and paint over the lip area.

Now, give some blur and lesen the opacity of the layer.

Add a new layer.

Set foreground color pink and paint with soft round brush above eyes.

Go to Image->Adjustment->Hue/saturation

give the settings:

now add another new layer and paint light color above the area like this:

Set the layer mode overlay.

Lessen the opacity.

we will get this:

If needed erase some portion of shadow to blend it prooerly.

we are done :)
