You need imagination. Create fantasy, dreamy scene with photoshop. Here is a tutorial.

We will use some stock photo.

We need some brushes:

*Cloud brush

*Bird brush

*Waterfall brush

*star brush

You can download all from net.

Now open a new document with photoshop. (1000×1000 pix)

Select background color ‘black’.

Cut the stone image and paste like this:

Cut the tree image and past it like this:

Select stone layer, press ctrl+T to transform it like this:

Add sone grass brush.

Now add a new layer and name it color_tree

Select brush toll and paint like this with different color:

Now set the mode of the layer to- screen and decrease the opacity to 30%

Now, again add one more layer and paint like this above stone and grass.

Change the mode to screen and decrease the opacity

Add a new layer above the background layer and add some cloud brush

Place the lake image like this:

Add layer mask, and transform to set it like this:

Go to filter->distort->Diffusion glow

add some glow to it.

Add waterfall brush

Now cut fower images and set like this

Go to image->Adjustment->Hue/saturation and change colors for different flowers

Now, add some glow to the Tree.

Select tree layer.

Go to Layer->Layer style->outer glow

give the setting:

Add some bird brushes.

Now add a new layer

With pen Tool, draw a shape like this.

Fill with color.

Draw more shapes like this and fill with different colors

we will have something like rainbow:

Go to Filter->Blur->Gaussian blur

And set the layer mode to exclusion

Add some stars:

We are done!!  :D
