We will prepare nice dreamy portrait with photoshop.

Here is the tutorial.

We need a nice stock photo of a girl and flower. I found them on http://www.sxc.hu

Open a new document with photoshop.

Select the gradient tool

Set foreground color black and background color dark red and add the gradient color on the background.

Drag the girl’s Image on the document.

Go to Layer->Layer style->Outer glow

Drag a sunflower image

We can add some more glow to the girl’s image.

Set foreground color and background color white.

Go to Filter->Distort->Diffusion Glow

Add some glow to flower also.

Now, Add a new layer

Drag the layer and put it below the model layer.

Select swirl brushes.

Add some swirls

Select Eliptical Marque Tool

Select eyes

Press Ctrl+J

New layer will be added with only eyes.

select the eyes layer

Go to Image->Adjustment->Color balance

We will get a nice blue eues.
