Google Reader is a free, Web-based reader for RSS feeds. RSS feeds offer a simplified view of Web content down to just text, pictures and videos–minus the site’s style and formatting. It is very useful to get all feeds from any important site/blog.
To get RSS feed of any content simply click on the RSS feed icon ,
select google reader and sign with your Google account.Once you have lots of RSS feed on your Google Reader , you need to organize them in groups to easily find and read. You can easily group them by creating folders. To create folders follw the instructions:
Organize:

- Click on the triangle icon from subscription box at top left corner.
- Select the manage subscriptions
- Create new folder, name the folder

Select new folder

Type the name and press OK
A new folder will be created and the subscription will go into the folder.
Click Back to Google Reader.
Share:

- To share your subcriptions with your friends, select share button from the tollbar you will get under every subscriptions.
- Press OK button to share it with your followers.
Add a subscription:

To add a new subscription click the button at top of the left corner
Past the url or keyword to add subscriptions.
Then click the Add button.
