  • Follow everyone who follows you:
  • Use Twitterholic. Pick major cities, states, countries like Chicago or India and follow anyone with who is following over 200 more people than are following them back.
  • Connect your blog and other social media profiles to your Twitter page.

  • List yourself in Twitter directories: Directories like JustTweetIt and WeFollow are great places to provide others with information about who you are and how to follow you on Twitter.
  • Join Twitter Groups
  • Add your Twitter URL to your business cards.
  • Tweet in Peak Times: Try to be online when the other side of world wakes up.
