Making an Impressive Effect
In this tutorial you will learn how to make an impressive effect from a normal photo.Its very easy to learn.
Step 1: First open the photo you want to use in Photoshop, I use the photo below

Step 2: Press Ctrl-J to duplicate your current layer then go to Filter>Render>Lighting Effects to adjust the light direction, use the settings below:

Now our photo will turn out to be this:

Step 3:Go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur and use the settings below:

Step 4: Change the blending mode of this layer to Overlay to emphasize contrastive areas

next press Ctrl-Shift-Alt-E to merge all visible layers and putting them into a layer on the top. In your Layers tab you can see three layers like this:

Step 5: Press Ctrl-J to duplicate your current layer and go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur and use the settings below:

Step 6: Change the blending mode of this layer to Overlay again and our photo will be something like this:

You can also use the Gaussian Blur tool (Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur) to blur this layer more, making the effect changed subtly
