Out Of bound photo Effect
With our creativity and imagination, we can manipulate any photograph the way we want. Its all about how we use our imagination and properly understand the effects that can be achieved in Photoshop and other similar tools and employing them with a lot of experimentation.
Here is the tutorial to create out of bound effect with photoshop.
Open a wall texture image with photoshop.
And cut a frame image and put it on like this.

Now open a dolphin image, cut the dolphin and put it here.

Open a sea image cut it and paste under frame layer.
Now, cut the dolphin head portion and paste it like this:

Right click and select distort.

Add some burn tool like this:

Add a new layer.
Add some water splash brush like this:

Select dolphin eye with lasso tool, press ctrl+j, go to Hue/saturation

Select Frame Layer, press ctrl+T, and rotate like this:

Now rotate sea as well.

Now select frame layer. Go to Image->Adjustment->Hue/saturation

Select background layer
Go to Image->Adjustment->Brightness/contrast

We are done.
