Love to paiting.??  Why not do some with Photoshop.

Open a new document (500×500 pix)

Select background color sky blue

Go to Filter->Render->Cloud

we will get this

Add a new layer

Add mountain brush

Add another new layer

Select Water brush and add them

Now add another new layer

Select soft round brush

Set forground color dark brown and draw a shape like this:

Now select hair brush and brush it like this

Add a new layer

Set foreground color light orange and try to draw a body shape like this

Use move to to place it properly like this   

Now add another new layer

select soft round brush

set foreground color light pink

lessen the opacity of brush to 20%

Draw a chiffon fabric like this

Add some dott to the fabric

Now add another layer

Select eliptical marque tool 

Draw a circle like this:

Go to Layer->New fill layer->gradient

Select color orange

lessen the opacity a little

Erase over the mountain

Add a new layer

Select red color and brush it over the sky

Change the layer mode Normal to overlay

Add some swirl design

Done!!  :)
