Add an Animated Rainbow to Enhance your Boring Image!!
In this tutorial, you will learn how to add an animated rainbow to a still image to give the image a new look…..
Start by opening an image where you can see a good sky area.
Create a rectangular selection using rectangular marquee tool. Create a new layer and fill the selection with the default spectrum gradient in linear mode
Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp.
Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown.
Remove the overlapping area using eraser tool.
Change the layer mode to overlay and opacity to 80%.
Click the add layer mask button from the bottom of the layer palette.
Create a rectangular selection of the file size using rectangular marquee tool.
Press Ctrl+Alt+D to feather the selection.
Fill the e selection with black color. Unlink the mask and layer content thumbnail form layer palette. Select the mask thumbnail. Press Ctrl+T and rotate a bit.
Open animation window. For the first frame make sure the rainbow is hidden completely behind the mask.
Duplicate frame. Select mask thumbnail. Move it to make the rainbow completely visible.
Press tween button in the animation window. Apply settings as shown.
Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S to save an optimized animated GIF.
Now, enjoy with this animated rainbow with your image…
