Retouch with Photoshop
Photo Retouch tutorial with photoshop.
Open the image with photoshop.

Dulpicate the background layer.
Now select the magic wand tool from tool box 
Select the green mountain and click upon it.
Green mountain portion will be selected. If all mountain is not covered at first try, press shift key and again click on the unselected area.

Now to copy the area pressing Ctrl+J
We will get a new layer with the mountain portion only.
Rename the layer

Now deactive the mountain layer by clicking on the eye icon at left side.

Select background copy layer.
Go to Image->Adjustment->color Balance

We will get this:

Select ‘green_mountain’ layer and make active clicking on the eye icon.
Go to Image->Adjustment->color Balance


Now add a new layer
Set foreground and background colors like this: 
Select Gradient tool 
Give the settings: ![]()
Now drag the mouse over new layer like this:

we will get this:

Now chang the color mode to ‘overlay’
We will get this:

Now, merge all layers.
Go to Filter->Render->Lense flare


Now add some lighting effect.
Go to Filter->Render->Lighting Effects:

And get the final look:
