This is a tutorial to create a Rose wallpaper.

Open the Original image with photoshop.

Duplicate the Background two times. we will have three layers.

Now deactivate the first layer (Click on the Eye icon) and Select the second layer.

Now go to Image->Adjustment->Hue/Saturation

Give the settings:

Now Go to Image->Adjustment->Brightness/Contrast

Give the settings:

Press Ctrl+B And set the color balance

We will get this

Now make the top layer active by clicking again on the eye icon and select the layer

Press the Add Layer mask button.

Now, Set foreground color black 

Select the soft round Brush tool and start painting like this:

Complete painting like this, leave one central rose

Go to Layer->Layer style->Outer glow and give the setting:

Add a new layer and open brush set.

Select the brush and brush it over the image

Done!!
